Chem-Crete Pavix™ is a unique water-based product for the permanent protection of concrete manufactured by The International Chem-Crete Corporation in Texas. It provides you with the opportunity to protect surfaces and ultimately preserve your or your client’s assets.
Chem-Crete Pavix™ will protect against problems such as thermal cracking, damage from repeated freeze and thaw cycles, chloride ion penetration and alkali/silica reactions. Its low viscosity allows deep penetration into porous surfaces where its hygroscopic and hydrophilic crystals both lock up existing and repel nearly all moisture. Under dry conditions these crystals shrink in size to allow the material to breath.
